A group begins when a man who is interested in leading speaks with a CLC Area Director or one of our office staff and is led through facilitator training (2-3 hour session at no charge). After training, a group number is assigned and other men are invited to register and form a two-year ALL IN group of 8-12 men, a one-year NEXT STEPS group of 5-8 men, a one-year ELBOW TO ELBOW group of 4-6 men, or a 3-9 month GETTING REAL group of 5-8 men. Regular, ongoing coaching is provided for the group throughout the CLC journey.

The commitment to this program has been life-changing for thousands of men as they dive deeper into God's Word, grow stronger in their relationship with the Lord, and gain the support of their "band of brothers". As a result ALL IN, NEXT STEPS, ELBOW TO ELBOW, and GETTING REAL men gain confidence in serving their families, strengthening their careers, and providing leadership for their churches and communities.
